BCDI celebrated the World Environment Day at BCDI Campus, Agartala with the theme of Green BCDI and enhance usage of eco friendly products. Dr. R. L. Srivastava, Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Govt. of Tripura and Managing Director, Tripura Forest Development and Plantation Corporation Ltd was the Chief guest of the event. Dr. Srivastava inaugurated the ceremony by planting new bamboo species as Bambusetum at BCDI Campus. Also arranged a symposium on healthy environment for sustainable development. More than 80 entrepreneurs and artisans presented during the ceremony."
